Introduction

I love pasta, and like to experiment with different combinations of ingredients. This is one of my favorite quick pasta meals. In addition to the list ingredients I also like to add some fresh herbs, depending on what we have available. I love pasta, and like to experiment with different combinations of ingredients. Ingredients

    1 serving Bionature Organic Whole Wheat Spaghetti (or pasta of your choice)
    1 TBSP Walnut Oil
    1/4 Cup Parmesean Cheese (divided)
    1/4 Cup Walnut Pieces
    Kosher Salt (or Table Salt)
    White Pepper
    Fresh Herbs

Directions

Cook and drain the pasta according to package directions. Add the walnut oil, then toss to coat. Add salt and white pepper (amounts may vary depending on your tastes) and approximately half of the Parmesan Cheese. Combine until well mixed. Add the remaining Parmesan Cheese, Walnut Pieces and fresh herbs to the top.

Makes 1 serving, can easily be scaled up for more.
