    * 1 lb lean ground beef
    * 1 tablespoon minced garlic
    * 1 cup chopped onion
    * 1 cup chopped green pepper
    * 3 tablespoons paprika
    * 1/2 teaspoon thyme
    * 3 1/2 cups low sodium beef broth
    * 8 ounces no yolks broad egg noodles
    * 3/4 cup low fat sour cream
    * 1 tablespoon flour

1. In dutch oven, brown beef with garlic, onions, and green pepper.
2. Cook and stir until beef is done.
3. Stir in paprika and thyme.
4. Add broth; bring to a boil. Add Noodles.
5. Cover. and reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Mix sour cream with flour; stir into noodle mixture.
7. Simmer for 3 more minutes, stirring until thickened.
Note: I usually use the entire container (900mL) of beef broth, and the whole bag of noodles (340g).

Use lean ground turkey instead of the beef, to reduce 90 calories and 10g of fat per serving to make this more figure friendly!
