Introduction

A great way to sneak some protein into your snack. My husband is VERY PICKY about his ranch dip, but even he likes this! Don't knock it 'till you try it! I love this as a low-carb salad dressing. When I make it for salad dressing, I only use 3 cups of cottage cheese so it has a little stronger flavor.

When I make it for dip I use 4 cups of cottage cheese but don't use any milk so it will be thicker. My kids don't know the difference!
