Introduction

This was pretty good, and I usually HATE egg substitutes. This was pretty good, and I usually HATE egg substitutes.

Ingredients

    1/4 Cup Egg Beaters (Try Southwestern they're great w/this!)
    3 Tbsp Egg Beaters Egg Whites
    1 Tbsp Mozzarella Cheese (Part Skim Milk)
    1 Tbsp 2% Cheddar Cheese
    1 Oz Oven Roasted Turkey (Deli Style)
    1 Tbsp Diced Mushrooms
    1 Whole Wheat Tortilla


Directions

Makes 1 Serving

Whisk egg substitute, egg whites, mushrooms, and turkey together in a small bowl. Cook eggs in a small nonstick skillet until desired consistency. Spoon egg along center of a tortilla wrap. Sprinkle cheese on top of egg and roll up.
