    1 cup broccoli, chopped small
    1 oz pasta
    1 tbsp prepared pesto (like Classico)
    1 oz mushrooms
    1/8 c reduced-fat Italian blend cheese (like Sargento)


Heat water on the stove until boiling. Put pasta into the boiling water, along with broccoli (to save can steam the broccoli, too, if you have more time). On another eye, heat a pan coated with non-stick cooking spray and saute mushrooms. Once pasta is cooked and broccoli is tender, drain and move to a bowl. Toss with pesto sauce. Top the pasta with mushrooms and cheese. Dig in!
