    -1 box silken tofu (Lite used to calculate nutrition facts)
    -2 Tbsp cider vinegar mixed with lemon juice, in any ratio you like
    -1.5 teas salt
    -1 tsp mustard
    -dash pepper
    -squirt of Sri Racha or other hot sauce
    -1 teas agave nectar
    -dash paprika

Blend all well in a food processor. Adjust seasonings as you like.
