Ingredients

    2 Cups organic unbleached flour
12 ounce bag of Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips (or organic if available)
    1 cup organic unsweetened applesauce
    .75 cup organic cane sugar
.75 cup brown sugar Splenda blend
    1 free range organic egg
    1 tsp organic vanilla extract
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Mix dry ingredients first, then add in wet ingredients. Spray nonstick pan with nonstick cooking spray and space widely, or use small muffin tin to prevent cookies from spreading out too flat while they bake.
