Ingredients

    2 Cups organic unbleached flour
12 ounce bag of Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips (or organic if available)
    1 cup organic unsweetened applesauce
    .75 cup organic cane sugar
.75 cup brown sugar Splenda blend
    1 free range organic egg
    1 tsp organic vanilla extract
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
