Ingredients

    Broccoli, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
    Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup
    Kraft Finely Shredded Low-Moisture Part Skim Mozzerella cheese, .5 cup
    White Fish, 6 fillets ( 1 pound)
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Layer the brocolli in the bottom of a sprayed baking dish, then layer the mushrooms on top of the brocolli and then lay the fish (season the fish) on top of the mushrooms. Sprinkle with the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until the fish is flaky.

    Wow -- I made this recipe tonight -- and we had company -- and everyone loved it! The only thing I did differently was use fresh mushrooms (and sauteed them just in Pam) and add some lemon juice/slices to the top of the fish. This was super quick to make and DELICIOUS! Thank you for sharing it. - 11/23/10

    Thank you for leaving the comment on the fish recipe. This was a recipe that I first made in 1981 when I was first married and didn't cook much. The recipe sure has evolved over the years, but the basic portion it still the same. Easy was the best part back then. Thanks again.
