Ingredients

    2 pouches StarKist Zesty Lemon Pepper Tuna
    1/2 cup Mayonnaise
    1/2 cup Bread crumbs
    2 of each Red and green bell pepper finely chopped
    1/2 an onion chopped
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. Olive oil

Directions

In a small bowl, mix tuna with veggies, bread crumbs, mayo and mustard. Shape mixture into 6 equal size patties. In a medium skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook and brown tuna cakes in hot oil, 3-4 minutes per side or until hot and golden brown.
