Ingredients

    Cashews, crushed/ground
    cinnamon (and/or nutmeg mix)
    splenda
    8 apples sliced (Fuji's are great for this)

Directions

mix ground cashews with cinnamon and splenda. Put in a container that seals or bag. Slice apples. Press slices into mix on one or both sides. Mix can be froze and used on one apple at a time. Number of apples vary due to how much mix is applied to each slice. It goes a long way if pressed into only one side and slices are 3/4" or thicker.

It's like eating apple pie without the calories or baking time. Recipe inspired by a Graham Kerr recipe.
