Ingredients
* Ground beef, lean, 1 lb.
* Crescent Rolls (8 oz can)
* Taco Seasoning, 1/2 package
* Water 1/3 c.
* Tortilla Chips 1.5 c
* Sour Cream, 1 cup
* Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 1.5 cup
* Salsa, 1 cup
Directions
Spray a pie plate with cooking spray.
Line pie plate with the crescent rolls, bringing rolls to the edges. Make sure all gaps are filled in.
Brown the ground meat and add the taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 10 minutes to blend the seasonings.
Layer one cup of the crushed chips on top of the crescent rolls.
Layer the seasoned meat, sour cream, and cheese.
Top with 1/2 cup crushed chips and sliced black olives (olives optional).
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
Top with salsa, lettuce, and tomatoes (optional).
