Ingredients

    16 oz bag of frozen strawberries
    2 cups water
    7 prunes
    2 tbl. vanilla extract
    2 tbl. Hemp Powder
    3/4 cup raw cashews
    1 can coconut milk
    2 med carrots
    2 small or 1 large fresh beet peeled

Directions

Put all ingredients in a high powered blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy cold. Keeps in the refridgerator up to 4 days.
