    Bertoli Mushroom Alfredo Sauce, 2 cup
    Pasta, cooked, 16 oz
    Artichokes, fresh, 6 artichoke, medium
    Sun Dried Tomatoes, 1 cup
    Italian Sausage, pork, 2 link, 4/lb
    Mushrooms, canned, 2 cup


Cook Sausage in large pan. Cut into small peices when complete. When almost finished add tomatores, artichokes, and mushrooms and stir together, heating and/or sauteeing. I cook with water rather than oil to avoid extra calories and fat but you can use olive oil if you prefer. When all ingredients are heated and sizzling turn down to low and stir in alfredo sauce. Mix well and add to cooked pasta when complete.

    Very Good
    This was different than I am used to eating, but I really liked it. I will make it again. The Sun dried tomato is new to me. - 4/14/10

    THanks! Unfortunately the tomatoes put the sodium content rather up there. Even though its not the healthiest it can be eaten in moderation and be o-so delish and still packed with a lot of nutrients! Thanks for the comment! Have a great day!
