Ingredients

    1/4 cup granulated sugar
    1 3/4 cups reduced fat Bisquick mix
    1 banana, mashed and almost liquified
    1/4 cup egg beaters or 1 egg, beaten
    approximately 1/2 cup of low fat buttermilk
    topping:
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup chopped pecans
    3/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix dry ingredients. Combine banana and egg beaters (or egg) and add enough buttermilk to total 1 1/2 cups liquid ingredients. Add liquid ingredients to dry and blend. Pour batter into sprayed 9x9 or 10x10 pan. Mix topping until crumbly and sprinkle over top. Bake 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
