    1.5 cupsKing Arthur Traditional Whole Wheat Flour
    2 tsp Vital wheat gluten
    1 tsp Salt
    2 Tbsp Canola Oil
    1.5 Tbsp Natural Raw Unfiltered Honey
    2 tsp instant dry yeast
    *optional: rolled oats and a bit more honey to top the loaf & make it lovely
