Ingredients

    2 oz Chicken Breast, cooked & diced
    1 diced green apple
    8 almonds, sliced/cut/chunked

    1 Tbsp Honey
    2 tsp Dijion Mustard

    Arnold Select Sandwich Thin
    Lettuce
    3-4 Grape Tomatoes, sliced



Directions

I always pre-cook my chicken in a crockpot of broth and dice it after it cools.

Mix together the mustard and honey in a small dish.
Mix together chicken, almonds, and apple slices in a seperate dish. Cover with honey-mustard mixture.
Spoon onto sandwich thin.
Add lettuce and sliced tomatoes.
