Mix first 5 ingredients (wet) in a large bowl. Mix remaining dry ingredients and pour into wet ingredients. Mix well. Add zuchinni, mix, and pour into greased 13x9 baking dish.     1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1 3/4 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    3 eggs
    1/2 cup milk
    2 1/2 cups flour
    4 tablespoons cocoa
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    2 cups zuchinni, peeled and grated

Directions

    Very Good
    I made this with splenda instead of sugar and margarine instead of butter. Also, I baked in 24 cup cakes instead of one large cake. Turned out well, but I like my chocolate to be richer and if I did it again, I would double the cocoa. - 10/14/13
