This recipe is so delicious and a lower fat version of a crisp made with butter. Plus, there is very little sugar and the topping is made from whole grains - it's actually a dessert that is good for you! Ingredients

    1 Cup Blackberries
    1 Cup sliced Peaches
    4 tsp OJ
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    3 TBS Whole Wheat Flour
    3 TBS Oats
    2 TBS Brown Sugar
    2 tsp Honey
    4 tsp Canola Oil
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. Nutmeg




Directions

Prepare pan with a light spray of oil. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Combine peaches, berries, juice and vanilla and mix well.
In a seperate bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix with honey.

Bake 30 mins or until top is crisp and fruit is bubbling.

Makes 4 1/2 cup servings.
