Ingredients

2 Chicken Breasts, grilled and cut into tenderloin-type portions (you can also use the regular chicken tenderloins, 2 makes 1 breast)
1/2 Cup (4oz) Juicy Juice berry flavored juice
1 Cup fresh strawberries, sliced
2 tbsp Kraft Fat Free Italian Salad Dressing
1 tsp of black pepper (or to taste)
Directions
Grill chicken breasts and cut into tenderloin-type portions, or use 4 chicken tenderloins in place of 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
While chicken cooks, slice strawberries and place in skillet over medium heat with remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer, stirring thoroughly until heated through. Spoon out the strawberries and set aside, turn off heat. Toss cooked chicken in the sauce to coat, then place strawberries on top.
Goes great with brown rice.
Serves 2 - 1 breast or 2 tenderloins each.
