    6 links of Italian hot sausage
    2 large green peppers
    2 large onions
    10-15 red potatoes (800 grams)


Wash and halve or quarter potatoes (depends on size)
Clean pepper and chop into chunks
Chop onion into chunks
Grill or saute sausage until done
Cut sausage into bite size pieces once cooled

Add 1C of water to Crockpot
Add potatoes, peppers, onions, and sausage in that order
Cook 6 hours on low

Makes 6 servings
