Hearty side dish for potao lovers! Hearty side dish for potao lovers!
Number of Servings: 6


    24 oz baby red potaotes
    1 large bell pepper
    1 large onion
    3-4 med hungarian peppers
    2 TBS olive oil
    seasoningsto taste


Dice all veggies. Mix with olive oli and seasonings in large baking dish and bake at 400f for 40 min or until potaotes are tender aand starting to brown.
