    whole wheat Spaghetti 5 cups cooked
    Olive Oil 2 tblsp. divided
    balsamic vinegar 3 Tblsp.
    Sweet red pepper 1 Cup
    onion 1 small
    garlic 3 cloves
    musrooms 1.5 Cup fresh sliced
    large shrimp 16-20 oz. deveined , peeled
    salt to taste
    black pepper to taste


Cook whole wheat spaghetti aldente
toss in 1 Tblsp. Olive oil to keep pasta from sticking. add a dash of garlic powder if desired, and toss into spaghetti.
Meanwhile add 1 Tblsp. Olive Oil and 3 Tblsp. Balsamic vinegar to a skillet.
Add sliced sweet red pepper, chopped onion, garlic and sliced mushrooms. cook until slightly done.
Add deveined and peeled shrimp. Cook until done. approx 5-7 min. untill curled and pink.
salt and pepper to taste.
Pour mixture over spaghetti.
makes 5, 1 cup servings.
