Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 cup self rising flour
    1/2 white or yellow cornmeal perferably buttermilk but not necessary
    1/2 cup low fat buttermilk
    1/4 cup water
    1 large egg
    2 packets of equal
    cooking spray

Directions

spray a muffin pan with pam this will make 12 muffins
preheat oven to 350
In a medium size bowl, put remaining ingredients it should be pretty thin. If it seems to thick add a little more water.
pour into pan and let cook in oven for about 20 min. or until golden brown on the top.
