15 oz canOld el Paso Refried Beans - Fat Free
    4oz Green Chili Peppers, canned

Directions

Saute onions in skillet sprayed with pam until translucent. Add Chilies, spices and beans mix until throughly combined. Grate cheese. Scramble eggs. When beans are hot spread 1/8 of the mixture onto each tortilla and top with one ounce of cheese. Cook eggs just until soft set still very loose put 1/8 of the eggs onto the bean mixture and roll up the burrito.

*I wrap each burrito in a piece of saran wrap and freeze then heat one up in the microwave when ready.
I use the defrost for two minutes and then cook for two minutes.

**This is not fire hot it just has alot of great flavors with some medium heat.

Two words to describe, absolutely delicious. plus once their frozen they are so quick to reheat. Just don't eat them if you have an upset stomach from the night before because there is enough heat to make you miserable. But it was still worth it! - 8/16/09

    Very Good
Great!! I didn't have chilis, so I used jalapeno's. And i didn't have exact cheese called for so I used colby jack. Very flavorful! - 11/1/09

    Incredible!
I reduce this recipe to make one serving and it was FANTASTIC!! It's so easy to make which is a big plus too. I didn't have chipotle white cheddar so I subbed FF cheddar and a fresh jalapeno. This is a breakfast I'll be making often. Thanks for sharing. - 10/10/09
