    16 oz. Chicken breast
    1 TBS olive oil
    6 cups california blend vegetables
    2 TBS soy Sauce

Directions

Cut up chicken, cook in heated olive oil. When Chicken is cooked through add veg. Let steam, add soy sauce. Serve over rice.
