Ingredients

Fresh Troll caught COD will always be the best tasting and the best for you.
Start with a single COD fish and fillet it. This will leave you with two nice size fillets.
I like to put them in a tupperware and add my seasonings and leave it in the refrigerator for a few hours..but you do not need to.
You can remove the skin from the COD if you like but once cooked it will pull away from the meat very easily.
Add lemon juice or squeeze and entire lemon on the fillets.
I gave measurements of the ingredients but use your best judgment and sprinkle the pepper, garlic powder and lemon pepper if you have it according to your tastes. The more you add the more the flavor..BUT..don't over do it.
Spread the margarine or butter all over the top of the fish.
    Sprinkle the scallions on top.
    MARINATE- if you like.
If not...put the fillets in foil and cook on the Traeger/BBQ for about 20 minutes. It will be flaky when done...YUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!YUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I also added a salad of all my veggies from my garden and had green beans from my garden as well...Great meal! Great for you..

Directions

A medium size COD fish will make 2 large fillets..easily feeding 4 adults.

Number of Servings: 4
