Ingredients
-
Cheddar Cheese, 3.12 cup, shredded (remove)
Garlic, 6 cloves (remove)
Potato, raw, 12 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) (remove)
Water, tap, 12 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Corn Starch, 0.48 cup (remove)
BacOs Bacon Bits, 16.08 tbsp (remove)
*Whole Milk / Vitamin D, 2 cup (remove)
*Flour, white, 2 cup (remove)
Directions
boil water and potatos in a large pot. (I like to leave the skins on, but clean them first).
Once potatos begin to get soft, mashed them until they are in bit size pieces.
Add milk and stir.
Add flour and corn starch as needed to thicken liquid to a desired soup texture. It may take more or less than the amounts specified here.
When soup is thickened to your liking, add cheddar cheese, bacon bits, and garlic. Stir for approximately 5 minutes to allow the cheese to melt and become mixed throughout your soup.
Serve and enjoy! Makes about 24 1-cup servings.
