Introduction

I have never been much for BBQ sauce, but my mother in law showed me how to make this, and even way back then, when I used the cheapest cuts of meat around, with the bones, this turned out so tender and flavorful, and so easy to make! Ingredients

    two boneless center loin pork chops (about 1/2 pound)
    1/2 c BBQ sauce (divided)
    1/2 onion, sliced

Directions

place onion and 1/2 the BBQ sauce in the slow cooker
add pork chops
cover with remaining BBQ sauce
cook on low until meat is done, 4-5 hours
cooking time increases if you use more meat or put the pork chops in frozen (which I often do in the mornign before work)
