Ingredients

5 egg whites
1/4 tsp. Vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup granulated splenda
1/4 cup Splenda "Sugar Blend for Baking"
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup ground pecans (optional, not included in calculations)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F. Line several cookie sheets with aluminum foil.
Whip egg whites until frothy. Add the vinegar and vanilla extract. Slowly add both kinds of splenda. Beat until stiff.
Gently fold in the cocoa powder. Fold in the pecans, if using.
Using a tablespoon, spoon the mixture 1 inch apart onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 1 1/2-2 hours.
Let cool, then peel gently from the foil
Store in airtight container!
1 serving is 3 cookies. Makes about 30 cookies.
