Introduction

this is a great way to bring "shortcake" to a gathering without all those differnet containers this is a great way to bring "shortcake" to a gathering without all those differnet containers
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 pkg lite Cream Cheese, softened
    1 lg container of Cool Whip Lite
    1 Angel Food cake
    1 c Fresh Raspberries
    1 c Fresh Blueberries
    1.5 c Fresh Strawberries, cut in half

Directions

Set aside about .5c of chip cream. Mix softened cream cheese with cool whip, break angel food cake into bite size chunks, put cake into a large mixing bowl, fold in berries and then gentlyly fold in cool whip mixture. Put into a serving(see through is best for presentation) dish. Done. Sometimes I will set aside a few berries and buy a small cool whip to top the mixture with.
