Introduction

Something a little different than regular coleslaw. Broccoli slaw with sweet cranberries & almonds. Great as a side dish or a meal on a hot summer day! Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 bag Mann's Broccoli Cole Slaw
    1 bunch Broccoli, fresh
    1 cup Almonds, slivered
    1 cup Cranberries, dried
    1 small red onion, chopped
    1 cup real mayo
    1 tbsp white vinegar
    1/2 cup brown sugar

Directions

In a large bowl mix together Broccoli slaw, Broccoli, almonds, cranberries, and onion.

In a small bowl whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour over the other larger bowl and mix well. Chill until ready to serve.

Makes 1/4 cup side servings about 20 servings.
