Ingredients

    2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1/8 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
    1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
    1/8 tsp Ground Ginger
    1/8 tsp Ground Nutmeg
    3/4 cup Firm Silken Tofu
    1 3/4 cup Soy Milk
    1/4 apple sause

Directions

Put tofu in food processor, blender or smash in a bowl untill smooth. Mix all dry ingredients together and then mix in tofu, soy milk and oil mixture untill dry and wet ingredients are completely mixed.

I use a waffle iron that makes two small 4" square waffles. I use a 1/4 cup of batter on each side. 1/2 cup per serving.

Use the directions on your waffle iron for cooking time and temperature. Remember this is an oil free recipe, so you may want to spray a little cooking spray on your waffle iron. I use 100% olive oil cooking spray.
