Ingredients

    * anaheim chile, 9 serving
    *Cheese, Pepperjack, Sargento Red Fat, 4.5 serving
    * Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1.25 cup
    * Pacific Natural Foods Organic Unsweetened Almond Milk, .5 cup
    * Great Value All Purpose Flour, 0.5 cup
    * Kraft fat free shredded cheddar cheese, 0.25 cup
    * 2 green onions chopped
    * chili powder

Directions

spray baking pan with cooking spray. Arrange chiles in pan, and stuff each with 1/2 slice pepperjack cheese. In med mixing bowl whisk together liquid eggs, milk and flour. Pour over the chiles. Sprinkle with chili powder and top with the cheddar cheese and green onion. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes, until golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
