Introduction

Just something I like whipping up for breakfast. I usually have a glass of this with a slice of whole grain toast and a piece of fruit. This smoothie is also yummy made into creamsicles in one of those little popsicle makers! Just something I like whipping up for breakfast. Ingredients

    3/4 cup frozen peach slices
    1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
    1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla soymilk (or as much as is required to make the drinkable consistency you prefer - I like Silk brand soymilks)
2 tbsp Splenda or Stevia equivalent

Directions

Pre-freeze fresh peach and mango chunks for this the day before making or purchase them frozen *unsweetened*.
In blender, in this order, place vanilla soymilk, peach slices, mango chunks, and then top with vanilla yogurt. Blend on high/puree until smooth. Add Splenda (or Stevia) and pulse a few more times until Splenda is mixed in well. **Stopping to scrape fruit off sides to make sure they all go to the bottom may be occasionally necessary.**
Makes 3 equal servings.
