Introduction

Ingredients

    4 small skinless chicken Breast (around 100g each)
    1 tbs honey
    1 tbs low salt soy sauce
    2 tsp chopped fresh ginger
    1 sprig fresh rosemary, finely chopped
    1 tbs lemon juice
    1 tbs toasted sesame seeds

Directions

1. Place chicken in a bowl. Combine honey, soy sauce, ginger, rosemary and lemon juice and pour over the chicken, Allow the chicken to marinade for a minimum of 30 minutes (preferably half a day if possible)
2. Remove chicken from the marinade and sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds.
3. Cover, and cook gently in a non-stick frypan on a low heat for 6-8 minutes, turning once halfway through the cooking time.
4. Serve hot or cold.

    This is absolutely delicious. I let it marinate overnight and the chicken was so tender. It's great if you brown it a little. Serve it with some steamed veggies and brown rice. Very very good. - 6/30/10
