    1 can black beans (1.75 c.)
    3 cloves garlic
    1/2 t. salt
    1 t. pepper (or 1/2 t. cayenne pepper & 1/2 t. pepper)
    1.5 T. lemon juice
    2 T. tahini
    2 T. olive oil
    1/2 c. roasted red peppers
    Cilantro to taste

Directions

Blend all ingredients using food processor.
