Introduction

Adds lots of flavor to pancakes from a mix with very little effort. Adds lots of flavor to pancakes from a mix with very little effort.

Ingredients

    1/3 cup Fiber One complete pancake mix
    1 tbls chopped dates
    1 1/2 teaspoons pecans
    1 tblsp low sugar maple & cinn oatmeal
    big sprinkle of cinnamon
    1/3 cup water

Directions

Makes one serving. Mix and cook in frying pan with no-stick spray as stated on box. I like these with low calorie maple syrup, but an apple cinnamon topping of some sort for the more ambitious would probably taste great.
