Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 Cans Tomato Sauce
    2 Cans Diced Tomatoes
    2 Cans Kidney Beans
    2 lbs Ground, Deer Meat, browned & drained
    2 Tbs Chili Powder or to taste
    Clove of Garlic, minced
    Diced Onion & Bell Pepper to taste
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

*Dice onion & bell pepper and cook with ground deer meat.
*In stock pot, pour tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, kidney beans & garlic.
*Add cooked, drained deer meat with onion & bell pepper.
*Add chili powder, salt & pepper to taste.
*Simmer for about 45 min.

Yield: about 12 servings- 1 Cup each

    My boyfriend is an avid hunter. I was looking for recipes the kids would eat. This was great and only his 3 year old didn't like it. All 5 of my kids loved it. - 1/2/10

    Incredible!
    I made this recipe but cut it in half as well. I also didn't use tomato sauce or chili powder and used chili ready tomatoes instead. It is really good! - 10/20/09
