Ingredients

    1 (13.25oz.) package whole wheat rotini pasta
    1 Green Bell Pepper
    1 Red Bell Pepper
    1 can Olives
    2 cups grape or cherry Tomatoes
    1 package Turkey pepperoni (180 grams total)
    1-1.5 cups Newman's Own Light Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Directions

Cook pasta per directions. Chop peppers, and cut the pepperoni slices into quarters. When pasta is done, drain, and combine all ingredients. Toss gently until well mixed. Put in fridge to chill, and serve cold. Add a dusting of Parmesan cheese when serving, and enjoy!

Makes 10-12 or more servings!
