Ingredients

4 cup Bonita Soup Stock
1/8 c Wakame Seaweed
4 Shiitake Mushrooms (sliced)
1 sm Carrot (sliced)
1 stalk Celery (sliced)
6 Green Onion (3 inch long pieces)
1 c Napa Cabbage (chopped)
1 c Bean sprouts
1 c Spinach
8 oz can Oysters
4 Frozen Mochi
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Mirin Sauce
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
Directions
Ingredients (for 4)
1. To make the bonita soup stock: Put seaweed and mushrooms in a saucepan with 6 cups of water, and place on a low heat. When small bubbles appear.
2. Simmer for 2 or 3 minutes, skimming off the froth. Discard seaweed.
3. Add the mochi and other ingredients to the soup stock.
4. Simmer until soften.
