Ingredients

    1 box Hungry Jack mild jalapeno cheddar potatoes
    2/3 cup skim milk
    4 (4 oz) center cut boneless pork loin chops
    2 cups boiling water

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

In a 9x9 baking dish, empty contents of boxed potatoes. Add in 2 cups boiling water, mixed with the cheddar seasoning packet. Stir well. Pour milk into the potatoes and mix.

Place 4 chops on top of the potato mixture and bake in oven for 45 to 60 minutes, or until chops are cooked thru.

1 serving is 1 pork chop and 1/4 of the potatoes.
