    I Yellow Cake Mix
    I0-11 oz. of Lemon Lime Soda or 7-Up
    2 cans of sliced peaches in light syrup


Add soda to dry cake mix and mix well.
Add 2 cans of drained sliced peaches (save drained juice)

Bake in oblong baking dish @350 for 35-40 minutes.
Test for doneness.

Pour a little bit of saved juice to top of warm cake.

Good with fat free ice cream or a bit of fat free cool whip.

    So could you make this recipe with diet soda? I made the devils food cake this weekend with coke zero and it was awesome...I could not tell it was not the original! - 7/18/11

    Love this! I did a berry mix instead if peaches, like I'd gone to heaven! Noticed that I needed more than 11oz of sode, next time will use 13oz to be sure. - 1/21/11
