Ingredients

    4 Large Chicken Breasts (24 ozs)
    5 oz Teriyaki Sauce/Marinade
    2 cups uncooked Uncle Ben's Whole Grain Brown Rice
    2 Tbsp Honey

Directions

Place frozen chicken breasts in pressure cooker with Teriyaki Marinade. Cook on High for 15 minutes. Release pressure. Remove chicken breasts and slice into strips. Return to cooker. Add 4 cups water and 2 cups Whole Grain Brown Rice. Cook 10 minutes high pressure. Once done change over to steam and cook additional 10 minutes. Release pressure. Add honey and stir.
