Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 24 ounces (3 or 4 large breast)
    Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 1.5 cup (not packed)
    Onions, raw, 1/4 cup, chopped
    Spinach, frozen, 1 package
    Light Ragu No Sugar Added Tomato & Basil, 3 cups
    Garlic Minced 1.5 tsp

Directions

Mix the cottage cheese, onions, garlic, and spinach in a bowl.
Cut a slit in the chicken and stuff with the cottage cheese mixture.
Place the chicken in a baking dish and cover with half of the tomato sauce.
Cook at 350 for 45 minutes. Cover with the remaining sauce.

Serving size is half of a chicken breast - for me it was 8 because I had 4 breast.
