Ingredients

    3 Tbs. soy flour
    1 Tbs. flax seed meal
    1 Tbs. parmesan cheese, grated
    1 Tbs. cornstarch
    1 large egg
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 water
    1 Tbs. olive oil

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Add water little at a time until right consistancy. Dip meat or poultry into batter and deep fry.
