Introduction

Ingredients

    2 medium to small tomatoes
    1 jalepeno pepper
    1 serrano pepper
    1 medium onion, peeled and cut into wedges
    salt and pepper to taste.

Directions

Remove the stem from the peppers, but leave them whole
Cut the onion into 4-5 wedges
Cut the tomatoes in half
Sear all the ingredients in a dry skillet until black on all sides.

Allow to cool a bit then process in a blender until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste,
