Ingredients

    5 cups tomatoes chopped
    1 box chicken broth
    10 oz frozen mixed vegetables
    2 potatoes grated
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients in stock pot. Cook until all vegetables are soft. puree with hand blender. Season to taste
