    * Chicken stock, home-prepared, 12 cup (remove)
    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces (remove)
    * Chicken Thigh, 2 thigh, bone and skin removed (remove)
    * *Potato, raw, 4 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) (remove)
    * Beans, black, 1 cup (remove)
    * Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels (remove)
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    * *Pepper, ancho, dried, 1 pepper (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)


Cut all veggies and chicken into small bite size pieces.
Brown chicken with garlic and 1/2 onion.
Add all other ingredients and simmer on low at least 1 hour.
