    8 ounces lean pork or beef, cut into thin
    slices or shreds
    2 teaspoons canola oil
    4 cups mix vegs (fresh or frozen)
    Add soy sauce or sal and pepper to taste

Directions

Saute' the pork or beef in the canola oil, until done. Add vegs and cook until tender.
