Ingredients

2 12-oz. pkg. broccoli slaw
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. Splenda
1/3 c. vinegar
2-3 T. lite soy sauce
seasoning packet, Ramen noodles, any flavor
1 pkg. Ramen noodles, crushed
2/3 c. sunflower seeds
Directions
Combine oil, soy, sugar, vinegar, seasoning packet; mix well. Add broccoli slaw and chill. Just before serving, add crushed Ramen noodles and sunflower seeds. Good salad, and does well at summer picnics because there is no mayonnaise. Serves ten.
